I got bored, and decided to type this up about a year ago...or so. I figure someone should be able to get use out of it besides me.
What you can do is get the color decimals for what you want to match, and then look for that number in the black column...the code you'll use is the blue. On 0-9 I don't actively recall if it's 01 or 10, so yeah...other than that it's fine (I typed this up in excel).
